We've purchased four cars from Machens, all with varying degrees of headache and success. Most recently, I purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango. I love the vehicle, and the purchase experience was flawless. I highly recommend working with Aaron Veal. He was straightforward, pleasant, and had a great attitude. He was also able to answer all of my questions. We have not yet had the vehicle serviced, which is typically where our past issues have arisen, but the car purchasing process was great.

I was very pleased when I took my Jeep in for its first service. They were extremely helpful and listened to my concerns or what I had to say. I appreciate they have women working in the service department as I have been a service advisor in the past a Dodge/Jeep dealership and I know how hard it is for some customers to feel that a woman is qualified to help them. Great work ladies!

Let me first say we initially gave a not so good review for this dealership. However....all our issues were addressed and taken care of beyond our expectations. Our truck broke down in the middle of the night and we were about 200 miles from home, we were towed to this dealership and we stayed in our truck for about 4 hours and when the staff arrived at the facility they jumped right on getting it fixed. The mechanic even fixed it in the parking lot to get us done and on our way! Thanks so much for the friendly staff and fast fix! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a excellent customer friendly service.

They had my car diagnosed in less than a hour. While I wish the part was cheaper, or it was covered by extended warranty, Jace worked with me on the cost. The rental was quick and easy.
Great job in minimum time. Not only did the help and fix the recall that we came in for, but also helped with a tire rotation.
Needed to check to see if alternator was defective and check why speed control was not working. Work completed in just a few hours. Only needed a new battery.

Didn’t expect to spend the amount of time that I did dropping off my vehicle but was more establishing my information than anything. They were extremely busy and everyone was kind and upbeat. May be time for a new Dodge.

Tami was extremely helpful and kept me informed of what was going on. This after the salesman I used didn’t know who I was when I walked in and ask if he could find someone for me, then dumped me to service. Just 2 weeks after purchase and still didn’t have the missing items together for me and ask me to come back in which I refused. So he had ME go to the lot and take the items out of the Jeeps to fulfill my missing items. So happy Tami was there.

My jeep’s transmission dipstick tube broke off over the weekend and I was able to get it repaired first thing Monday morning. I felt like the employees did a great job prioritizing the work, gave me updates throughout and worked quickly and efficiently.
Rana was so nice. She help me right away, got my Challenger in and serviced. It helps to make an appointment. Having medical problems its nice to get in and out. I stopped in for an oil change while I was in town and waiting on my son at a camp at MU. The staff were all very friendly and they performed my oil change quickly.

The entire encounter was extremely well handled and positive, I never got the "salesman" feeling from anyone there. I worked with someone over at Joe Machens Toyota when I was looking for a new car and was pressured to buy the entire time. I never got that feeling at all from anyone at Joe Machens Jeep. Pleasant hassle free experience. Came in for routine maintenance and was offered a warranty recall replacement. All my needs were taken care of and follow up and service on part which was ordered and replaced was excellent.
They did a great job at getting everything done. I asked for a loaner car and they accommodated me graciously. They also kept me up to date on the status of the AC repair. The AC works great now!

The service department is wonderful. When you call they really work to get you in when you want and are so nice on the phone. Tammy was really nice and did an excellent job telling us what they were doing and how long it would take.
All worked just as planned. Oil change one day and they looked up a recall on the alternator called the next day and set up the repairs. Shuttle driver took me to and from work not problems
Drove in without an appointment but was checked right in by a friendly efficient service rep. My vehicles oil and filter were changed in just under one hour and I was on my way home.

I was able to drop my car off at 7 am and still make it to work on time via the very friendly courtesy driver, Michelle! Machens called me to give me an estimate on service & completed the service in a very timely fashion. The service center employees were friendly and answered all of my questions. The cashier took time to ask me about my day as I was checking out.

We took the Jeep into Chrysler Service Department before a weekend trip. They gave it a good check over and noticed that one of my tires had a cut in the side wall. I asked if I needed to replace all the tires and they said no just the one and they would tell me when I needed to replace the others as I do my regular service there as well.
