They change numbers on the vehicle after you are interested . Wanted a price and they sent me the smoke and mirrors payment sheet with different fees on it . But what topped off the deal was they added $1000 to the advertised price . Watch your paperwork . If they do this online what do they do when they get you talking to a fast talker doing paperwork. I’m sure he says just sign here and initial there .

We advertised our Explorer on Facebook. Their sailesman messaged me say “your price is not unreasonable. Would you bring it here for us to look at.” My wife arranged for a sitter for the kids and when she got there they offered her 25% less than our asking price. I’m not mad that they low balled is but they wasted our time and that pisses me off.

Sold me a nice 2022 Grand Cherokee at full price and offered a $500 coupon if purchased immediately. We ask about a trade in for our old Jeep, which we didn’t have with us, so they were going to send a driver to pick it up in a few days (200 mile trip) which they agreed to, but pulled the coupon offer. Lied to from the get go, took the car to bank, approved for entire amount, took it by a shop to get a look over and they found the oil filter housing was leaking & flex pipes for exhaust were going to have to be replaced SOON. We have had nothing but trouble trying to get our 2018 Ram diagnosed and repaired at this dealership. Every issue has taken multiple visits to address and then the truck comes back to us with a new problem. The truck is 6 months old and has less than 25k miles on it and they want $120+ to diagnose an oil leak that started immediately after THEY did an oil change! We purchased new Dodge Durango May 29th. It had a paint flaw on right panel. Was late when we purchased and service was closed. Warning! Warning! If you buy a vehicle here do not get extended warranty or gap insurance. My nephew just brought a truck from this dealing and ended up paying $4,700 for a 36,000 mile warranty with gap insurance. We were told it would be $3000 for both. Has anyone noticed that out of all the negative comments Machens never once have said they want to rectify a situation? Even people such as myself, who has been a loyal Machens customer, has been screwed over by Machens and they dont care. I will no longer send family and friends to Machens so they wont have to deal with the bulls**t im going through with them. I wouldnt wish Machens on my worst enemy. Had a issue with my diesel still under warranty was pouring white smoke from under the hood and into the cab during regen. Dropped it off on a Friday and they said they couldn’t duplicate the problem. As stated it’s only during regen. Asked if they’d just check the whole emissions system for leaks. Not total honesty with trade (stating due to carfax - having been in 1 finder bender and car fixed by dealer it was worth less) and final pricing. Manager said extended warranty was 1600 when actually after i reviewed paperwork at home it was 3600. Alot of difference. Honesty was lacking.

Our truck broke down in the middle of the night and we were about 200 miles from home, we were towed to this dealership and we stayed in our truck for about 4 hours and when the staff arrived at the facility they jumped right on getting it fixed. The mechanic even fixed it in the parking lot to get us done and on our way! Thanks so much for the friendly staff and fast fix! I took my Durango in for an oil change, tires were rotated but not balanced. I travel for my job and had to leave town the next day so I was forced to drive unbalanced tires for several days and 160 miles (over 300 miles total) from home before I could take it back to have the tires balanced. The Muti Point check, which is part of the oil change process, was very inadequate. The service only checked a few things. I was very dissatisfied with this service inspection. Normally they do a thorough job, but this time they did not. The service supervisor did not check to be sure they did it properly. Two strikes!

Took car in for a repair estimate. Needed info to decide whether or not to trade or just fix up the old car. Was prepared to pay an hour labor for the estimate but was charged two hours labor just to get the estimate. They charged one hour of labor for each of the two issues we wanted estimates on. I feel like this is excessive especially when I basically told them what the car needed to have done in the case of one of our issues when I made the appointment.

This was a poor experience from the start. I came in with bubbles on the front of my 2017 Pacifica caused from the paint not sealing correctly. It took over a month to get the hood. I had a rental car for about 3 weeks. All worked just as planned. Oil change one day and they looked up a recall on the alternator called the next day and set up the repairs. Shuttle driver took me to and from work not problems

I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee into Joe Machens in because the a/c motor blower fan was not working. I knew this was wrong because I had the same issue about a year before and had to have it replaced. I brought it in on a Thursday and they said they would look at it and give me a call. This is the second car in 4 years I have purchased from you and have always had the service work done at Machens. However after fast and good service when I got in my 2015 charger the floor and the door trim plate were covered with dirt and even as far as a cigarette but in the floor. The young man needs to keep his bay clean and not drag it into customer cars.very dissatisfied customer.

I was able to drop my car off at 7 am and still make it to work on time via the very friendly courtesy driver, Michelle! Machens called me to give me an estimate on service & completed the service in a very timely fashion. The service center employees were friendly and answered all of my questions. The cashier took time to ask me about my day as I was checking out.

Took vehicle in for an add on part installation without an appointment. Not only did they get it completed promptly they worked it in great. However the technician did not clean up his mess after the install. I discussed this with the service manager who offered to clean it promptly and assured me this would be corrected for future repairs.

We took the Jeep into Chrysler Service Department before a weekend trip. They gave it a good check over and noticed that one of my tires had a cut in the side wall.
